Milestone is looking for an enthusiastic Sr. PMO to join the team, this a role with high visibility requiring frequent interactions with leaders of different departments. The person should have worked in a metrics driven organisation with experience in institutionalising tools and processes across the same. Skills Required : 1. 15+ years of hands-on experience working in a PMO organization or played the role of a Programme Manager in implementing a Strategic project for a large enterprise customer. 2. Experience working with workflow/development tools like JIRA, Asana, Wrike. Implementing workflows would be an added plus. 3. Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, SugarCRM etc and integrations. 4. Should have experience in generating reports/dashboards from different workflow management systems and analyse the same to gain insights on the organization performance. 5. Customer and stakeholder management at different levels will be an added plus. 6. Should have experience of setting PMO function. Extremely Desirable : - Should have Software Development Background - should have 8 - 10 years into project mgt and prior to that some development exp.
