The HR Operations (HROps) position is responsible for ensuring the entire lifecycle of employees is taken care of along with compliances, policies and benefits. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to employees. To create great experience is created for current, new and existing employees. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - On boarding of new joiners ensuring all things are in place for the new joiner, induction, training programs, background verification. - Maintaining personnel files. Ensuring that all employee records are updated on HRIS on real time basis. - Ensuring all compliances like PF, Gratuity, ESIC is done on timely basis. - Ensuring there is set process and set formats for all kinds of letters, address proof, salary certificate, Confirmation etc. - MIS - Attrition, Attrition, Monthly reports, various trackers. - Administration of leaves, Holidays, Insurance's administration. - Ensure that the inputs for the payroll are done in accurate and timely manner. - Ensuring all the processes are well documented and implemented, leading to 100% compliance. - Offboarding - F&F, great experience. - Benchmarking of the policies and benefits and ensuring implementation - Ensuring all policies of India and US are consolidated in a handbook Desired Candidate Profile - MBA in HR 2- 7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations in a 500+ employees organization. - Proven work experience as an HR Operations Partner (Specialist) - Good knowledge of labour law, Statutory Compliance - Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, SAP, Workday, etc. - Experience designing compensation and benefits packages - Ability to develop clear and fair company policies, SOPs, etc. - Hands-on experience with HR reports and dashboards. - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results - Good communication and influential skill
