Milagrow HumanTech - Exports Manager (2-8 yrs)
Design and implement all export strategies and activities.
Ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time frame.
Coordinate with Agencies and ensure all activities are according to compliance.
Assist business partners to design efficient distributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations apart from Organizational policies and procedures.
Review all company products.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit and organize market plans to suit customer requirements and monitor specific transactions of all customers for all processes.
Monitor sales transactions and review customer response for orders and payments.
Resolve customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
Deal with International Clients(Export Management)
Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods
Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process
