Milagrow HumanTech - Accounts Manager (2-6 yrs)
- Maintain a documented system of financial accounting policies and procedures
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, available funds for investment and predicting future trends for analyzing change and advising accordingly
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Maintain and develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations
- Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget
- Do the requisite financial analysis of the company by providing and interpreting financial information
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations & legislation and SFAS rules
- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; legal compliances and recommending new procedures
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Efficiently processing the salaries of the employees
- Processing of the third party / vendor bills and payments
- Bank reconciliation and timely depositing the service tax
- Managing the TDS, ESIC, PF and VAT deposits and returns
- Account Books Closure & MIS Submission
- Ensure the auditing of the Annual Accounts
- Efficiently managing the taxation
- Proof of cost reduction with pro-active actions
- Petty cash management
- Timely payment of company related bills and expenses
