Responsibilities (what the job involves) : 1. Cold-call prospects 2. Develop Sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts 3. Penetrate all targeting accounts and generate sales 4. Collaborate with appropriate team members to plan and execute sales approaches 5. Qualify, create and deliver opportunities to field sales 6. Deliver presentation, Product demo to prospective customers. 7. Handle inbound leads and also make outbound calls/follow-up calls to potential accounts. 8. Articulate Product/Solution features &amp; benefits and create proposals. Requirements (what we are looking for) : The right person is better than the right set of experiences and these are the traits we've identified make great additions to : 1. 3+ years of work experience in a sales or telesales capacity 2. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals 3. Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning &amp; account development 4. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills 5. Listening skills and strong written communications skills 6. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills 7. Ability to work individually and as part of a team 8. High level of integrity and work ethic 9.
