Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bank Proposals for funding.
- Preparation of Project Financials and Project report for funding with different financial institutions.
- Obtaining valuation report as per the desire of the bank required for funding.
- Good correspondence skill for liasioning with banks and institutions
- Dealing with rating agencies
- Preparation of CMA Data
- Preparation of financial of windmills of the company and taking care of its functions
- Liaison with Banks & Financial Institutions for short Term & Long Term working Capital requirement
- Preparation of Stock statement, Financial follow up
- Preparation of MIS and Coordination with various departments/HODs before finalization of budget
Liaison with Banks.
- Monthly Budget preparation for the company and monthly its achievement report
- Knowledge of computers specially power point, Excel and word.
