Research Analyst - Quantitative Trading Desk


Location: Worli, Mumbai


Experience: 3+ of relevant experience in quantitative research, statistical model development.

Qualification: Engineering (IIT/ ISI / NIT), CFA/CA/FRM will be preferred. Relevant tech expertise in Excel, Python, JavaScript, R, Matlab etc. to build frameworks, analyze high volume data across servers.

- We are expanding our Quantitative trading team and are looking for highly motivated individuals who can take a leadership position in taking this to a higher level.


- Responsibilities will mostly include quantitative research, statistical model development along with coordinating with all the departments in the value chain of an algo trading desk.

Skills & Expertise :

- Working with the research team in building frameworks or upgrading existing frameworks to analyze high-volume TBT or other derived data.

- Design, test, develop quantitative trading systems for a range of asset classes and markets.

- Quantitative optimizations of execution algorithms.

- Developing frameworks to analyze the performance of all trading systems.

- Development of tools to assist trading team in real-time risk monitoring, assess overall market dynamics.

- Development of frameworks to monitor and analyze various performance metrics of overall architecture.

- Development and enhancement of frameworks to analyze high-volume, high-speed trade data in an efficient manner.

- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or specialized quantitative research fields

- Ability to work with huge volumes of data
