Mid Management Role HRO Process hire to retire/EDM Transition and Service Delivery Role-diversity preferred

Set up HRO process from Scratch for domains such as employee data management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management and manage service delivery of the same for a span of 100 at a leading MNC Bangalore. The process will be 450 FTE set up for third part client based in US. The job responsibilities include:

- Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience in order to provide a differentiated service to the client

- Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency etc.)

- Initiate, design and implement business process excellence improvements

- Implement the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee effective and efficient operation of the service line. - Manage the deal Budget effectively

Experience :

- At least 5 years of HR Experience

- Overall 9+ years of work experience in team handling role.

- Workday Experience a plus

- HR Domain certification would be a plus

- Strong MS Office and Excel skills

- Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
