JOB DESCRIPTION - MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

Reports to: CFO
Positions reporting to this role/Team size: 4-5
Primary Internal interactions: Okaya Corporate/ Plant team and Employees.
Primary External Interactions : Financial Institutions, Bankers, Vendors, Auditors, Tax Authorities etc
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Accounting & month end closing/Reporting (Record to Report).
- Ensure establishment of robust financial accounting systems & processes so as to provide timely, accurate and consistent inputs for management reporting.
- Ensure preparation and maintenance of financial and accounting policies & procedures.
- Manage Account Payable - Procure to pay process, TA claims, Payroll & related compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all distributor/customer invoices
- Ensure robust AR and revenue related analysis
- Responsible to lead & finalise statutory & Internal Audits, filing of Tax return.
- Fund management & Raising working capital Limits . Must be good at liasoning with the banks to meet the fund requirements for the expansion of operations of the Company.
- Well versed with the Plant Accounting & Reporting
- Very good knowledge of Direct & Indirect tax laws, GST . Experience of handling Assessments.
- Budgeting and Cash flow planning including presentation of MIS.
- Planning of Funds and Resource Mobilisation to meet Capex and working capital requirements as per budget.
- Statutory Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Financial evaluation of new business opportunities (both organic as well as in-organic).
Qualification
- Must be a C.A with 4- 6 Yrs industry experience with experience of working in manufacturing Company.
- Additional Qualification of MBA Finance will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Experience
- Should have worked in a mid size manufacturing Company.
- Candidates working in Manufacturing Company experience may only apply.
- Should have worked on SAP/Oracle. Experience of implementing SAP will be an added advantage.
- Very Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Reporting and presentation skills.
