- A fantastic opportunity exists to join the IDC Talent Sourcing team. This Talent Sourcer is tasked with leading key sourcing initiatives across the region and developing innovative and proactive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for Microsoft with a view to conversion to offer.

- This person should foster and cultivate relationships with market leading external candidates and develop high quality, qualified talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term and strategic long-term needs.

Responsibilities :

- Implement a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, and stay ahead of new innovations in sourcing

- Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape both locally and globally; build a competitive intelligence knowledge base of companies and candidates residing within those companies

- Mapping: Use research tools including Social Media, Networking, Microsoft Intelligence, Articles and Publications to seek out the best talent

- Pipe lining: To engage with the best external talent in conversations about how they can further their careers at Microsoft

- Engage with Hiring Managers to understand fully the role or business that you are sourcing for, share market insights and talent pool research based on your knowledge and expertise.

- Cultivate relationships with key candidate and specific talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization- turn applicants from non-active to active by developing strong candidate relationships

- Build and engage with a talent community that includes a high quality of targeted candidates

- Utilize Microsoft candidate applicant tracking systems to accurately record and update candidate profiles so that they are in ready now, user friendly format at all times

- Actively source diverse candidates from a variety of sourcing channels.

- Screen and make initial assessments of candidates so they can be compared to others on shortlist in an ordered and consistent manner

- Evaluate your own productivity and effectiveness of methods used to deliver results. Work to specific KPIs including productivity and offer targets.

- Take an active role in building talent sourcing community across Asia region

Qualifications :

- Deep Technical Sourcing / Recruiting experience of 8 to 14 yrs

- Good communication & Presentation skills

Education : Any Graduation or Post Graduation with a bit of inclination towards technology.
