- MS technology architect with broad based experience in at least a few of the following technologies and related products of MS

- Security (identity manager and the like)
- MS FAST search
- BizTalk , Appfabric integration
- MSCRM
- MS Sharepoint, MS dynamics
- MS Azure cloud
- Virtualization

- Should have broad experience in architecting (and not just implementing) solutions in the following domains/projects. Good to have at least 2 of the below

- O and G upstream
- Mining domain potentially
- Data management and related projects
- Cloud implementation
- Sharepoint implementation
- Enterprise wide implementation of some MS technology/product as given in the previous point

- Proven ability to show the candidate has been the architect of a MS technology/product based solution for a customer requirement (ie the candidate has created/defined the solution)

- The technologies/products from MS the candidate has expertise in -

- The domain/industries the candidate has worked in and a brief of the projects done in each. A clear description of the candidates role along with the size of the project

A brief note on what problem of the customer the candidate solved through his role
