Microsave Consulting - Manager - Payments & Distribution Product (5-12 yrs)
Competency and skill set:
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills
- Passionate about digital transformation to achieve large-scale impact, ability to think and act strategically
- Problem-solver with structuring and analytic capabilities
- Core consulting skills, excellent speaking and writing skills in English is mandatory
- Should have experience in business intelligence and analysis, UPI, product development.
- Conceptualizing and finalizing.
Work experience :
- A minimum of five (5) years dedicated work experience in business operationalization in the field of digital financial services, regulatory and policy understanding and assessment, digital identification is mandatory
- Experience in managing relationships with banks, Fintech, financial inclusion, government, and think-tanks in India is preferred
- Experience in market research, product development, business strategy is preferred
- Experience working in emerging markets is preferred
- Stakeholder Management, vendor relationship management, and key resources (UIDAI, DFS, MeiTY, MoRD, banks, digital wallets, and vendors).
- Should have experience in payment gateways and product management.
- POS product strategy and pricing for merchant acquisition.
Education :
- A bachelor's degree in any science, engineering, commerce, or a related field is compulsory
- A master's degree in economics, public/business administration, social sciences or a related field is desirable
