Microland Hiring for Compensation and Benefits Specialist for Bangalore Location: Job Description: - Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for different geographies. - Experience in handling onsite compensation (Other than India) would be an added advantage. - Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management - Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems to ensure proper placement of positions in bands - Previous experience with labor market surveys &amp; analysis - Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations - Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits - Create reports and models for compensation programs - Analysis of various cost related to benefits, handle benefits administration (eg Insurance ..etc) - Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office - Strong quantitative and analytical skills Qualification: - Strong experience with data analysis and mathematical modeling using MS Excel; Competence to comprehend large data sets and showcase data-based insights. - Basic understanding of compensation structure and administration including job evaluation, base salary, and incentives - Experience in program managing compensation-related programs. - Advanced skills with Excel, analytics..etc - Should be detail-oriented and a team player with a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization in various locations HR&nbsp; Arnab Guha
