Microland Hiring for WFM - Program Manager (Initiative Lead)
Responsibilities:
- Leading one/more org level initiatives/ programs end-to-end on Ops Excellence/ Workforce Management/Talent Readiness
- Managing development of new/enhanced processes & systems for the initiative/program
- Interface with Development & Resource Management teams to ensure success of the initiatives/programs
- Designing & delivering MIS Reports to measure and report success of these initiatives/ programs
- Driving Manpower Planning & Talent Readiness (Up-skilling) across organization with help of HR, L&D and Business Teams
- Automation of manual processes for Ops Excellence/WFM at Org level
- Deployment
- Guiding / Aiding & Advising people on bench or fresh recruits on upskilling & future opportunities
Technical & Functional Skills Required :
- Program Management
- Resource Management
- Manpower Planning
- Knowledge of Org Processes of Planning, HR, L&D & Recruitment, Finance (OTC)
- Understanding of Org Systems (ERP & Non-ERP)
- Agile/Scrum knowledge (good to have)
Tools/Packages:
- Worksheets/Reporting Tools like MS Excel
- Presentation Tools like MS PowerPoint
- Data Analytics Tools like PowerBI / Tableau (good to have)
- Collaboration tools like SharePoint (good to have)
- ERP packages like PeopleSoft (HR or Financial Module) (good to have)
- Rectt tools like Hirecraft/Tallint/Taleo (good to have)
