Micro Focus Software - Project Management Role - Finance/SOX

Responsibilities:

- Program manages SOX for Operations Finance tower coordinating with functional heads, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

- Works closely with the control owners, FCT and related SOX parties to ensure smooth functioning of the audit and closure accordingly.

- Performs periodic monitoring, tracking, reporting and dashboards to different levels of management around different phases of SOX program

- Perform root cause analysis of audit inputs and outcomes to make meaning ful recommendation to operational Finance compliance team and FCT

- Support Operational Finance SOX team with data analysis and reporting as and when required

- Manages stakeholder relationships.

Education and Experience Required:

- First level university degree with finance / project management

- Typically 10+ years of experience with atleast 4 yrs in project management.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.

- Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods.

- Good project management skill
