The job involves networking, business development, account management, client servicing, negotiation and providing closures across various accounts. It is an end to end role with complete ownership of processes and handling P&L

Job Description :

- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business

- You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery

- Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients

- Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Page Group's commercial performance

Currently, we have two offices in India - Gurgaon and Mumbai. This role would be based out of Mumbai.

Preferred Candidature :

- If you are an individual who is looking to build something extraordinary and have a good drive and self-motivation which is bordering on entrepreneurial this is the place for you

- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business

- Ideally, you have an MBA/Post graduate degree from a top B School with 2-4 years of work experience in a client facing role within your Industry (eComm & Retail Preferred )

- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and hunger to succeed

- Furthermore, you should be highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the entrepreneurial spirit
