While in a typical consulting profile you consult and exit, here you are responsible for a strong delivery in terms of finding the right talent.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, your responsibilities would include maintaining a healthy portfolio of candidates and clients within the assigned functional/industry vertical . The role is to pitch business to new clients, understand their business needs and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship and knowledge of product which is the candidate market.

The Successful Applicant :

- Ideally, you should have an MBA/Post graduate degree with 1-2 years of work experience in a client facing/Corporate role in a Media/ Consumer Industry.

- Strong industry knowledge and ability to grasp various aspects of the industry will be key to one's success in this role.

- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.

- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and hunger to succeed.

- You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture where the work in years count for more than the years at work.
