Job Description :

- As a Business Development consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your respective sector.

- You will partner with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements. You will also build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialization.

The Successful Applicant :

- You are a degree qualified from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a well reputed institution. You have least 2-5 years operational experience within any of the above disciplines and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.

- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
