Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm is looking fwd to hire for the profile of Manager/ Sr. Manager HR for one of its key IT clients based out of Gurgaon.

Relevant Work Experience Required :

- Somebody who has done recruitment across levels, especially leadership acquisition and has at least 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience in an organization of repute, preferably in IT/ ecommerce/ product companies. Understands the entire life cycle of recruitment well and knows how to interact well with both internal and external customers.

Relevant Education : MBA from one of the IIM's/ TISS/ XLRI or an equivalent B School.

Budget : 12- 15lacs + Stocks

Job Location : Gurgaon/ 5 days working
