Mgr/Sr Mgr - Commercial & Indirect Tax (5-6 yrs)

Position: Sr. Manager – Commercial & Indirect taxes

Qualifications: B.Com. & CA with min 5-6 years POST-QUALIFICATION experience in Industry

To undertake the following activities for a group of 3 private limited companies -

1. Participate in project/tender costing / pricing

2. Analysis of indirect taxes impact on project costing and ensuring that the tax model assumed for project costing is implemented

3. Filing of periodic returns for indirect taxes (VAT & service tax) and their assessments

4. Ensure the periodic payments of indirect taxes (VAT & service tax)

5. Co-ordination with the VAT consultants in all the states where our projects are being executed

6. Monitor the input tax credits and ensure that all the eligible input tax credits (for VAT as well as service tax) is accounted for and availed

7. Invoicing on customers and follow-up for accounts receivables

8. Revenue recognition on monthly basis

9. Provide the required inputs for budget / quarterly revenue and direct costs forecasts

10. Periodic MIS reports for working capital management

11. Periodic reports for order value position

12. Scrutiny of project-wise profitability and preparation of monthly reports for the same

13. Insurance for all projects / assets / inventories and claims if any

14. Management of project related bank guarantees
