Job Description :
a. Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with Ind AS Financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
b. Coordinating all audit activity (Internal & Statutory). IFRS certified an added advantage
c. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that the systems and procedures are in place to support effective programme implementation and conducting flawless audits (Internal and Statutory).
d. Overseeing internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs as per IFC & Manual.
e. Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;
f. Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting planning process, monthly MIS and Capex plans etc.;
g. Preparing organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with the Programme Heads.
h. Assisting ERP implementation - SAP & Oracle
i. Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel, Word & PPT)
j. Good written & verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
k. Team player with demonstrative leadership skills
