- Company Secretary with more than 2 years of experience in listed companies

- IPO management

- Support companies in listing process

- Must have worked on SEBI(LODR) Regulations, Direct Listing, De-Listing and takeovers etc.

- Shall be well versed with Corporate Laws, FEMA, Securities Law

- Shall be well versed with MCA E-Filing process and other secretarial functions covering Corporate Laws

- Having Knowledge of SEBI, ROC, RBI, Secretarial Standards

- Memorandum and Articles of Association

- Drafting of Notice, Agendas, conduct & maintain Board Meetings, Audit Committee

- perform duties assigned by the Higher Management

- Knowledge of Company Act
