1. Identify the best practices available in the industry & recommend the same.
2. Recommend & Prepare Policies & procedures in line with long term objectives of the company.
3. Build & suggest improvements in the existing procedures to increase efficiency & overall satisfaction.
4. Develop KRA based Performance management system to for better management of talent.
5. Lead the entire system to achieve desired result.
6. Ensure the KRA & Goals defined are SMART.
7. Identify the future potential/leaders through PMS system.
8. Arrange trainings based on the training need identified through PMS to improve overall skill.
9. Promote culture of Multi tasking & On the job training for better functioning.
10. Check & ensure overall motivation of the organization & provide feedback to the management.
11. Suggest & Create new motivational & employee engagement initiatives.
12. Recommend New initiatives.
13. Provides administrative support to the leadership team, intra-departments, other branch.
14. Creates and promotes effective partnerships and relationships between all staff levels throughout the office and company, allowing for easier and freer channeling of information and relevant processes.
