- Implementation of a Data privacy Framework is a must.

- Certified Data Protection Officer - Preferably

- Act as the primary point of contact within the organization for members of staff, regulators, and any relevant public bodies on issues related to data protection

- Ensure the company's policy is in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and codes of practice

- Evaluate the existing data protection framework and identify areas of non or partial compliance and rectify any issues

- Should have a good understanding of GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and other data privacy laws.

- Experience in implementing data privacy framework.

- Experience in handling DSAR, RTE.

- Experience in drafting policies and procedures

- Should have independently implemented DPIA's and Risk assessments.

- Conducted GDPR awareness session for the organization

- Ability to review and understand data processing operations, roles of DC and DP within the organization.

- Ability to review third-party contracts and analyze their data protection obligations.

- Assisted clients in addressing compliance and privacy risks.

- Understanding of ISO 27001 is desirable

- Certifications IAPP - CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPMpart of a team
