MGB Advisors - Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence - Corporate Finance (3-6 yrs)
1. Must have handled Financial Due Diligence (Candidates with strong audit background can also apply)
2. Experience of handling data room and end to end due diligence process.
3. Excellent communication skills, report writing and Strong excel /PPT) skills.
4. Ability to work within deadlines and team
5. Very good accounting and regulatory knowledge
6. Taxation (high level understanding and concept of transaction)
7. Good commercial acumen and market awareness.
8. Prior experience in Consulting firm in preferred
9. Willingness to travel, when necessary.
