With the rapid expansion of the company, we are looking to hire for Direct Taxation for Mumbai Location.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Knowledge in all facets of Direct taxation

2. Experience in managing tax audits and preparation and e-filing of tax returns in-house

3. Experience in preparation of advance tax workings and managing payments with AP

4. Experience in preparation of quarterly tax provision workings & settling doubts of Statutory Auditors

5. Drafting of Appeals and appearances with Seniors /Tax counsels

6. Preparation of legal briefs for tax head and counsels

7. Preparation of submission before CIT (Appeals)/ITAT/HC/SC

8. Income Tax Case Law Research and Tax updates

9. Hands on experience in lead managing tax assessments in Dept

10. Offering TDS opinions to Business Units

11. Experience in preparation of Contingent liability statements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Preferred : CA professionals

2. Experience: 2 to 5 years

3. Relevant experience in direct taxation

4. Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
