Social Media Lead In this role, you will: - Work together with the marketing team to build the brand as a leading healthcare brand - Map the brand marketing calendar for a social media content calendar - Define the influencer marketing strategy for the brand - Manage the end-to-end planning of social media campaigns, starting from briefs, and conceptualization to final campaign assets creation. - Own and manage the most important social media KPIs - Work with the analytics tools/team to find meaningful insights that can be used to enrich succeeding campaigns - Manage budgets for effective spends For this role, we value individuals who have/are: - Previous experience (4-6 years) of working across different social media channels (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) - Creative copywriting skills and excellent command of the English language - A good grasp of the different social media insights dashboards - Experience in handling Facebook Business Suite - Experience in using platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social and other social media tracking tools - Interest in newer/niche social channels (Clubhouse, Tumblr, Reddit, Pinterest) - Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Keyhole, Buffer, etc
