Program Manager - Operations - Mfine
The Program Manager will be a part of the Operations function at MFine. The operations
function ensures best-in-class customer experience, across services, with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation and business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage metrics related to operations, customer experience and fulfilled revenue
- Drive complex projects across functions (Tech/Product, Customer Support, Growth, Supply, Quality and Vendors) with a result-driven mindset
- Manage vendor relationships focused on operational excellence and growth
- Draw insights from metrics, data, customer feedback, competition and market trends to meet and exceed business goals
- Enable effective and timely vendor payment reconciliation and disbursements
- Manage small operations teams
Preferred skills and experience :
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quick outcomes and results
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and the expectation to derive results from minimal inputs
- Must be highly self-reliant and also have the ability to lead small teams to drive high impact projects
- Must have a background in tech-enabled operations (preferably in a marketplace) and have the ability to influence and work with tech and product teams
- Excellent skills in data analysis and in deriving insights based on objective data analysis
