Our Goal: - We, at Mettl, value innovation, ownership, hard-work and smart risk-taking while learning to improve ourselves every day- Location: Gurgaon Functional Area: Operations Education Qualification: MBA (From Tier 1 Institute) + B.Tech (From Tier 1 Institute) Experience: 1-4 years Role - Support all end-to-end processes of multiple business units from efficiency (both productivity and cost) and effectiveness perspective, applying deep process expertise toward development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes. - Handle complex client projects, and help in solutioning them with the sales, consulting and delivery team. - Support organization in increasing quality through evaluating performance and supporting continuous improvement efforts Responsibilities - Identify opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and SLA performance) through process improvements, and implementation of them using training sessions and drive delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements) - Manage end2end cost-to-serve projects for clients - handle new and complex client requirements to ensure the right solution fit with client needs - Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive client value through operations maturity - Create a culture which supports disciplined and systematic process management; data driven decision making; continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectives (improvement roadmap) - Drive continuous improvement program on assigned accounts to build employee engagement to make an impact on client's value proposition - Drive rigorous metrics to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/mistakes in critical business processes - Motivate, counsel and constructively deal with people at all levels to contribute to team goal and agenda - Build relationship with other teams and corporate resources Key Skills Required The candidate should have good Critical Thinking and Reasoning Skills, and a sound Business Acumen to apply those skills to solve key business problems. Since the role would require collaboration with various teams, team work and collaboration are a must have.
