AVP / VP - Investment Banking

Metta Capital is expanding its Investment Banking practice and looking to hire AVP / Vice President to its team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire execution process to ensure successful closure of the transaction

- Independently preparing information memorandum, financial model, industry research, pitch books, etc.

- Support in business development initiatives: Originating and cultivating new / existing relationships at the promoter / CXO level

Qualifications and Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in front-end Investment Banking / M&A

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Self-motivated with hunger & drive for results
