Role : The role will be an individual contributor's role where the focus will be on corporate listing compliance. Detailed Job Description : - Due Diligence for various proposals and granting approvals of new memberships, IPO, New Listing, Further issuance and scheme of arrangement. - Coordinating with SEBI on regular basis for various matters and clearances. - Managing audits and Regulatory Inspection and queries raised by Regulatory Authorities like SEBI, MCA, Income Tax, SFIO, RBI etc. - Assist listed companies for disclosures filling and listing related matters by organizing various seminars for compliance awareness. - Perform the role of a business analyst, implemented various projects for automation of internal processes, reduction of paperwork by the introduction of digitally signed online requests from members, automation of SEBI turnover fees calculation, scouting ideas for continuous improvement. The Ideal candidate should be : - A Management professional with having an in-depth knowledge of financial markets and products in the BFSI Sector. - A team player who can collaborate with the various stakeholders and enablers to ensure service delivery. - Able to communicate effectively with the target audience and build trust. - A self-starter with experience or capability to work in a start-up environment.
