Role Title - Product Management Lead - Web & App

Role Summary

As a part of the tech product management team at Metropolis Healthcare, you will be responsible for setting direction and driving major strategic and tactical product initiatives. You will work closely with the senior product leadership to define features, build roadmaps, and work with all teams on the product development efforts, and will strive to set the product and the company on a course to stay relevant and valuable in the long term.

Key accountabilities/responsibilities




- Define the product vision after speaking to customers, working with business stakeholders, sales, medical and marketing teams.

- Conducting industry and competitive analysis, market, and user research to understand the emerging trends in the health-tech industry to identify new opportunities.

- Lead product discovery with designers, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify and solve for user value, usability, technical and business risks.

- Create a product strategy that describes business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

- Transform strategy into validated solutions using technology, data science and analytics, support processes, and marketplace policies.

- Create detailed feature requirements and specifications of the product. Develop product specifications and priorities based on customer feedback, market insights, and competitive research.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization. Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

- Execution focused - the ability to infuse execution, milestone focused. Prior experience working with engineering through the complete technology product lifecycle.

- Growth focused - Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement of web and app products. Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, and repeat behavior) and create actionable programs leading to user growth.

Role Demands (travel) - Occasional Travel

Location - Mumbai / Delhi NCR

Education: Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science & Engineering from tier 1 Institution.

Preferred - MBA from tier 1 institution - not mandatory.

- Work experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management (where the majority is in a large consumer Internet, health-tech, or e-commerce company).

NOTE: This is not total experience, but experience in product management only

- Experience as a software developer or a programmer before product experience.
