MetroMax Group - Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales (5-8 yrs)

This role is with The MetroMax Group, India - Bengaluru (Bangalore) location.
- Previous experience in quota-based sales closures. Experience in US Geo will be a plus.
- MBA from a premium college with 4 to 5 years of experience in hardcore sales.
- Experience in IT Services/Solutions industry will be a plus
- Ability to understand client needs, create compelling solutions and convince clients
- Ability to work on contracts, price negotiations, and client-facing role
- Ability to influence various stakeholders within the organization to achieve desired goals
- Ability to proactively plan, forecast, and track targets
Your Responsibilities :
- Work on assigned Leads, or generate leads
- Qualify prospect's needs, goals, and objectives
- Develop detailed solutions in alignment with client needs
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Consistently meet or exceed established quotas
- Forecast accurately
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Client Success, and IT teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territory
