Job Profile:
- End to end recruitment for back-end positions(Pan India).
- Use various sources like Job Portals, LinkedIn, Referrals, Campus, company website, IJP's etc.
- Manage & Meet the defined TAT
- Leverage Social Media like LinkedIn for Senior Management hiring and Employer Branding.
- Stakeholder management.
Candidate profile:
- Candidate should have minimum 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Retail Domain is must.
- MBA candidates preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
