Key Responsibilities Metrics Manager:
Provides management support to the HRO quality team in the areas of process metrics and support predictive analytics
Supports the HRO leadership team in designing and implementing quality & metrics program to meet the requirements of the operations or process
Work with internal Risk & Compliance team to ensure that all business processes are compliant
Periodically evaluate all business processes for risk/ gaps and determine scope and frequency of testing in these processes. Also, establish minimum quality standards based on inherent risks in the process.
Work closely and support improvement initiatives which exhibit significant savings across the organization
Collaborates with service lines across the HRO (learning and development, talent acquisition, HR Ops, International Assignment Services) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Strong attention to detail, Metrics & analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills
Six Sigma certified- Green Belt/ Black Belt
Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint and Excel experience
Drive initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
Experience in working with different global cultures would be an asset
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Overall 8+ years ; (5+ years relevant experience)
