Position Summary

1. Finance support to:

- India Technology Centers.

- US GBS Departments.

- Corporate submissions (Expense CoE and GTO Finance).

2. This resource will report into the GOSC FP&A head and will partner with the Technology site finance lead while managing and executing Financial Consolidation and Reporting. He / She will also work closely with Corporate Finance and GTO Finance to ensure that all corporate submissions / deliverables are timely and accurate.

Job Responsibilities:

1. India Technology Centers:

Revenue Management:

- Partner with Hyderabad & Pune teams for submissions, consolidation and monthly variance reporting.

- Monthly Revenue and Billing consolidation and reporting.

Expense Management:

- Partner with Hyderabad & Pune teams for submissions, consolidation and monthly variance reporting.

- Monthly expense management consolidation and reporting.

2. US GBS Departments:

Annual planning cycle / Rolling Forecasts:

- Development annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts with variance commentary reporting

- Front end discussions with US departments to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast.

Monthly Performance:

- Ensure all expense variances are accurately reported and in line Business / Management expectations.

- Ensure all Financial information and drivers are tracked for Management reporting.

- Track and report all financial & non-financial drivers.

- Periodic variance analysis and reviews working with budget owners.

3. Corporate Submissions and Business performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Annual planning cycle / Rolling Forecasts GEM submissions.

- Variance analysis, closure and trending analysis against previous months and budgets support for corporate submissions.

- Monthly Financial Performance reviews and reporting pack preparation and circulation for MORs.

- Preparing reporting packs and various other adhoc decision support/ review reports and analysis.

4. Facilitate and support any new projects:

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

- Strong experience on consolidation and reporting for Corporate stakeholders.

- Should have skills to analyze data and provide inputs on trends, patterns, etc which will be useful to the business.

- Good written and oral communication skills.

- Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language.

- Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment.

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Self-disciplined and results oriented.
