Position Summary The incumbent will be required to be a part of the Business Excellence Team supporting GBO - Driving high levels of efficiency in the delegated attention seeking areas, vis-a-vis cost / process / No. of Transactions etc. - Building excellent logical thought process for gap representation effectively - Building strong rigor and people skills to ensure timely closures of gaps, helping function/s emerge as efficient - Convert process flows / fact findings into case study / story boards / process flow Job Responsibilities - The candidate will be the part GBO team Business Excellence role and should be able to partner in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the function - Evaluate data and perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks, conveying the need for change and manage projects / initiatives around them ensuring timely delivery - The candidate will also play a key role in providing analytical support to the function along with compiling, preparing reports / dashboards, scorecards and other relevant documents applicable to the respective functions - To convert process flows / fact findings into case study / story boards, identifying, analyzing gaps and bridge them; helping function/s emerge as efficient - Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by the Function Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education - Bachelor's degree (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education. Experience - Minimum 12 months in a manager role Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Technical Skills - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with a sound project execution experience - Making models like SWOT - Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, specially Excel - Strong Presentation Management and Training delivery Functional - Total Experience required: 8-12 years - Ability to analyze gaps and with root cause analysis, and further solution to best partner with stake holders - Should have leadership skills like: relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing - Must possess planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation within the organization - Must have good communication, interpersonal and project Management skills and be able to interact with senior leadership / business partners / customers, both locally and globally Process specific Skills - Prior Knowledge and hands-on experience in Operations and enabling functions to detect, appreciate, and resolve gaps - Ability to create an encouraging and efficiency driven environment, as an Individual contributor - Work well along with people of different functions, with different needs/requirements effectively Soft skills - Excellent analytical and research skills - Decision Making Ability - Result Oriented, with strong negotiation and convincing skills - Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems - Develops relationships with client internal / External personnel - Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required) - Not applicable Working Relationships - Internal Contacts (and purpose of relationship): - Manager / AVP / VP for working on process improvements - Other Assistant Managers for the purpose of seeking cooperation and best practice sharing. - Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of work thread related issues and escalated transactions.
