1. Support and manage efforts of HR Evolution team on Design Thinking related tasks.

2. Support process excellence tasks using Design Thinking / TRIZ methodologies

3. Participates in all process design related activities including process and journey mapping discussions in order to gain context and understanding of the process design for documentation purposes.

4. Creates and manages process maps using MS Visio or any other process mapping tools

5. Partners with MetLife and Implementation Partner team on documentation of the Global Design Documents, manages version control and loading to the SharePoint site.

6. Partner with Implementation Partner team during process mapping activities.

7. Coordination and maintenance of key process activities, such as meeting/workshop notes, actions and idea trackers and logs.

8. Brings perspectives on global process including integration points for discussion with the HRE Process Design team and Global Process Owners for input and feedback.

9. Lean: Embedding Continuous improvement and Waste elimination

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Knowledge of MS Visio or any process designing tools

- Strong stakeholder management / coordination skills

- Working knowledge of Design Thinking and TRIZ process excellence methodologies

- Strong expertise of developing efficiency through Process standardization

- Should have skills to analyze data and provide inputs on trends, patterns, etc. which will be useful to the business

- Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented

- Experience of working on engagements related to Insurance, or Banking/Financial Services

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language

- Good Analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment

- Self-disciplined and result oriented

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units
