2. Ensure Smooth Implementation of On boarding Process
2. Processing Offer letters and Appointment Letters
3. Planning and conducting Induction
4. Meet Recruitment Targets within Budgets
5. Carry out the Exit formalities and F&F settlements
6. Updating the database
Statutory Compliances & Salary Processing
1. Filing the compliances forms and providing the required details
2. To Ensure Statutory Compliances are met on time
3. Monitor the Time & Attendance of all employees
4. Processing salary data and required payroll inputs
5. Maintain and update employee leave records
6. Co-ordinate with Insurance vendor in required data and inputs
Training & Development
1. Implementation of Training calendar
2. Assist to measure Training effectiveness
3. Update the training programs and MIS database
4. Identifying & Partnering with Training Companies/Trainers as and when required
5. Carrying out Training Programs within Budgets
Employee Engagements
1. Plan and implement the engagement calendar
2. Co-ordinate activities and engagement programs
Policies and Performance Management
1. Ensure discipline is maintained in the organization
2. Implement & monitor Performance Appraisal Process
3. Document the KRA/KPI sheets for all departments
4. Process the increment and bonus letter
Administration & Documentation
1. Ensure and monitor all administrative activities and task are met as required
2. Monitor and guide the support staff towards the same.
3. Formats, letters and vendors documents. (courier letters, etc)
4. Coordinating with the carpenters, electrician, AC, Landlord, etc.
5. Track of Office AMC - Telephone, AC, Pest Control, etc
6. Maintain the booking of the Meeting rooms and conference facilities
7. Assist with organization of company functions and events
8. Maintaining Leaves record for office boys and drivers, over seeing their work
9. Ensuring the OD Register is filled by employees before/after outdoor visits.
MIS
1. On time completion of HRMIS reports
2. Update MIS database
