Position- Program Manager

Location- Bangalore- Domlur

Job Description:

- Acts as primary liaison for ongoing digital initiatives - for contracts, drive improvements and robust the processes to ensure optimization.

- Participate in reviews - identify ROI improvement and decide best practices.

- Optimize expense basis channel and platforms

- Ensuring operational rigour, efficiency and high quality in the overall lifecycle of the program/ project.

- Ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, ensuring alignment of internal operations.

- Level Descriptor

- Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.

- Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.

- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.

The candidate will be accountable for:

- Work with cross functional teams across the business to continually evolve and align the service functions and the framework

- Represent the organisation throughout the program process on complex opportunities to digital partners

- Document and transfer knowledge of the program framework into operation

Key skills: vendor management, client management, operational efficiency, strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of digital platforms and channels.

Essential job requirements: Deal with external digital vendors and clients, coordinate with multiple departments internally, report escalations in time, capability to compartmentalize and channelize work and team members

Other knowledge/skills : 

- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written - Knowledge of a 2nd language is an asset

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Able to work effectively in a cross functional team

- Process, results and people oriented
