Role- Academic Faculty

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) :

The role shall conduct/teach Executive Education courses/programs and conduct high impact papers in leading research journals. Faculty shall also be responsible for the creation of curriculum and course content.

Key Accountabilities, Performance Areas :

1. The primary role of a faculty will be to teach management communication courses in short/long duration, Executive Education courses/programs

2. Design Curriculum / course as per the program requirement

3. Conduct High-Quality research and publish in Leading Management journals

4. Information Confidentiality: the employee shall keep all information that comes to his knowledge confidential.

5. Other Tasks and Duties as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Education and Experience :

Necessary Qualification / Skill / Certification:

1. PhD in Management or related Stream from tier 1 Management Institutes (Central Universities, IITs, IIMs, XLRI etc)

2. Candidates should submit a full paper of Publications that they have done in the past

c. Necessary Experience and Exposure :

1. Minimum 3-year experience

d. Good to have experience

1. Combination of Industry and teaching experience is preferable
