This role aims to nurture a large base of paid subscribers of the company by designing, developing, implementing and executing programs aimed at engaging with them on an ongoing basis.   This would require the incumbent to possess strong strategic capabilities coupled with execution focus to build the entire engagement framework for the organization and its customers at large. Key responsibilities would include:  - Develop strategies to nurture and create a culture of - Customer First-   - Build the capability and processes within the organization to engage with the customers by exploiting multiple avenues of communication i.e. voice, mail and chat.  - Retain the customers through planned interventions in order to augment the subscription renewals.   Ideal Candidate:  - This is not the job for those who believe in predictable outcomes. We are looking for people who can dive in and dive deep to drive positive results with a go-getter attitude!   - Management Graduates from premier institutes with keen sense of data and having proven track record of at least 2 years  - Strong insights on strategies for customer engagement and retention in industries like Banking, MSOs (Tata Sky, Airtel TV etc).   - Exposure to education industry and roles requiring large level of inter department coordination will be added advantage.
