Job Responsibilities : - To Strategies, Develop and implement CRM strategy. - To develop and implement CRM based business reports enabling senior management to take real time decisions - Building collaborative relationships with all sales teams to gain a great understanding of customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis - Management of data and CRM, resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns and software. - Working with CRM Software team and cross functionally team to build and execute various projects, analytics, and data reports. - Working to implement projects for marketing and sales team to ensure the business has the best consumer data and profiles at their fingertips to maximize their effectiveness and to create great customer experiences. - Managing and implementing tools/systems/processes needed to build and maintain robust data hygiene standards and overall data governance. - Own and drive the data quality framework across the customer data eco-system and work with key areas of the business to improve cleanliness of customer data. - To Publish various Business Analytics reports to support business decision making - Manage a team of CRM Executives to ensure data hygiene and deliver sales MIS to different stakeholder.
