Position:

Merilytics is looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be a certified professional or have good knowledge of Information Security Standards like ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR etc. The candidate will work closely with the Compliance team and will be responsible for conducting internal audits, design and implement information security policies across

business, technology, and the support functions in the company. Excellent communication skills and professional work ethics will be expected from the candidate for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities of Compliance analyst will include the below:

- Coordinate with all departments in the organization to document and maintain information security policies and procedures in good standing

- Ensure adherence to information security policies and procedures across the organization and maintain appropriate documentation as per company's requirements.

- Coordinate with different teams across the organization for implementing controls as part of risk treatment process and closure of non-conformities found during internal audits

- Prepare & provide required set of evidence for the external audits and ensure nonconformities are closed as per the timelines

- Conduct periodic access control reviews of projects and internal applications across the organization

- Identify security incidents and perform root cause analysis for the incidents for faster resolution.

- Conduct security awareness trainings as part of organization training schedule

- Ensure Senior Management Review meetings, Business Continuity Process related drills are conducted and documented as per the schedule

- Conduct spot audits across the organization to ensure the compliance

Pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role:

- 1-3 years of experience with Information Security and Compliance across an organization

- Good knowledge of Information Security / Privacy standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, HIPAA etc.)

- Experience with information security risk assessments and implementation of mitigation plans

- Experience in conducting internal audits

- Excellent communication skills, integrity, and professional ethics
