Job description:


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Developing a Sales channel (Trade) & (Govt) to promote VET Product portfolio.


- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients


- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction


- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs


- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives


- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines


- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.


- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support


- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.


- He will be located anywhere in India and looking after the Business for Pan India.


1. The RSM is responsible to develop and maintain all the sales in the territory.


2. Preparing the marketing road map for the whole year including the Marketing budget - Monthly sales analysis with a focus on category, product and region wise analysis and fine tuning the marketing initiatives accordingly, focusing mainly on the gap areas.


3. Monthly revision of the pricing strategy and new promotional schemes to throttle the sales efforts for optimal results.


4. Weekly sales call with the Zonal Head for gathering and sharing the competitor info and sending communication across the sales team for the same.


5. Sharing the information with the other offices and sales team on timely basis.


6. Consolidation of the customer database on monthly basis with information collected from various touch points service and installation, weekly reports and Distributors.


7. Executing sales and business territory plan activities, supporting customers in using company resources and promotional activities as identified by the Zonal Head.


8. Supporting strategy development using inputs gathered from annual territory business plan and other activity reports.


9. Accountable for reaching sales goals, maintaining customer relationships and representing the company in a highly professional manner and also responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives.


10. Obtain new business and increase recurring sales though relationship selling and achieving revenue targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan and team targets.


11. Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account and territory management activities and identifying new trends & giving inputs to company for innovation, expansion by increasing the awareness and use of the company's products


Desired Candidate Profile


- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Diagnostics & Endo-surgery portfolio in VET Industry


- Proven sales track record


- Experience in customer support is a plus


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. ZOHO etc)


- Proficiency in English


- Market knowledge


- Communication and negotiation skills


- Ability to build rapport


- Time management and planning skills
