- Working on acquisitions of real estate assets including brownfield and core assets - Negotiating terms of the deal with the sellers - Working on term sheets, definitive documents with the sellers and lawyers - Working with business teams to decide on feasibility of the deals. - Working on Investment Presentations with the Management to get deals approved by the Management and Board - Should have hands-on experience on structuring deals from a capital structure and other financial parameters - Dealing with Private Equity Investors and negotiating documents including shareholder agreements, fee arrangements, etc. - Managing Private Equity relationships (if any) and ensuring compliance with Shareholders Agreements - Working on ROFO acquisitions from the Sponsors including - Undertaking Due Diligences - Ensure adherence to SEBI Preferential allotment guidelines - Closure of Acquisition documents
