Mergers & Acquisitions - Investment Banking (Pharma, Healthcare & Consumer Products Sector) - 14+ Years - Mumbai

Looking for professionals with at least Fourteen years' of expertise in Investment Banking, strong practice in end-to-end Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and Capital Market (IPO) deals of Pharma, Healthcare & Consumer Products sector.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface. Sector Manufacturing / Industrials / GIG products.

2. Focusing on core Manufacturing Products / Industrials / GIG products product companies primarily in domestic market.

3. Having good grasp on latest Manufacturing Products / Industrials / GIG products product trends and offerings in the market.

4. Being a part of end- to- end deal making cycle for multiple sell- side/buyside mandates.

5. Actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due- diligence, transaction closure agreements)

Requirements:

1. 14+ years of experience working with IB firms

2. MBA from premier Institute / CA First attempt

3. CFA Certification would be an added advantage

4. Over the years, candidate should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization and build and independently lead the function further.

5. Candidate should be analytical, multi- tasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching / analytical skills, and have a hunger for growth both as a person and as a professional.
