Mergers & Acquisition Tax Role - Big4

Hiring for one of the Big Four firm for M&A Tax role for Mumbai, Hyderabad& Gurgaon(Delhi) location only

Role:

- Mergers & Acquisition Tax role also known as Transaction tax.

- Good experience in Direct Taxation/CIT(Corporate and International tax), ready to work for Mergers and Acquisition Tax role.

- This includes Experience in Deals tax, tax advisory, Business acquisition, due diligence, Tax litigation, advisory, implementation of merger/Demerger scheme, Corporate restructuring.

- Having Background of M&A Tax, Corporate International Tax, Direct Tax, Candidates who are working in FS tax, Deals Tax but interested to come in M&A tax.

- Good experience in Direct Taxation/CIT(Corporate and International tax), ready to work for Mergers and Acquisition Tax role.

- This includes Experience in Deals tax, tax advisory, Business acquisition, due diligence, Tax litigation, advisory, implementation of merger/Demerger scheme, Corporate restructuring.

- Having Background of M&A Tax, Corporate International Tax, Direct Tax, Candidates who are working in FS tax, Deals Tax but interested to come in M&A tax.

- Consulting domain Experience is a plus.

- Should have Good Theoretical Knowledge in M& A.

- Qualification- CA(Qualified),CS/LLB is an added advantage.
