Mergers & Acquisition Role - Real Estate/Infra Sector - Investment Banking

Looking for M&A-Investment Banking professional with a Bank in Mumbai

Job Location: Mumbai

Years of experience: 6 -8 yrs

Industry preference: Banks /NBFCs/ Financial Services

Sector Experience- Real Estate / Infrastructure is must

Job Purpose- Deal Origination and management of investment solutions, preparing financial models, analyzing data, managing key potential acquisitions and bringing them closure, managing alliances and strategic investments banks.

Roles and responsibilities:

1 Mandate winning - Ability to connect with Promoters & Clients with strong influencing abilities. To negotiate and win mandates for M&A and capital raising assignments

2 Mandate execution - Overall in-charge of the transaction until deal closure.Collateral preparation, investor strategy & negotiations, investor & client management, deal documentation, coordination with all the agencies etc.

3 Work integrally with capital markets and syndication teams for generating new mandates and assisting them in its execution

Key Skills-

- Track record of having closed multiple transactions in the past - both PE syndication's and M&A

- Strong sector understanding of the domains that have been worked within

- Good understanding of relevant SEBI regulations, Companies Act and other statutory bodies for enabling appropriate solutions for clients

- High ideation capabilities with a proven ability to successfully execute them

- Strong relationship and communication skills

- Maintain and enforce high levels of compliance standards
