We are currently looking for M&A professional with a leading Financial services

Department: Corporate Strategy

Job Location: Abu Dhabi (UAE)

Years of experience:4 yrs in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, venture capital or private equity in international market / global transactions

Please note: Experience in International market / Global advisory is must

Industry preference: NBFCs/ Financial Services/ Banks

Job Purpose- Development and management of investment solutions, preparing financial models, analyzing data, managing key potential acquisitions and bringing them closure, managing alliances and strategic investments banks.

Roles and responsibilities:

- To prepare initial concept papers\business plans to propose investment solutions and initiatives (whether international or local).

- Manage and enhance the short list of investments/partnership opportunities, conducting due diligence, providing insights, alerts, and advice/recommendations to stakeholders (Investment Advisors, discretionary portfolio managers,relationship managers where appropriate) as required.

- Participate in M&A strategy development and M&A pipeline development.

- Perform industry and financial analysis leading to investment recommendations

- Develop and present the business case supporting the acquisition and recommend valuation of potential targets to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders

- Participate in legal negotiations regarding transaction-related contracts with in-house and external counsel

- Monitor industry M&A development and assess implications

- To undertake competitor analysis and provide relevant intelligence to the team
